This compact disc is best used when combined with the Healing Panic Recovery Program but is an effective Panic Attack treatment on its' own.

The Audio portion of the program is narrated by Dr. Christopher Gilbert, whose experience as a behavioral psychologist helps the patient to prepare themselves for how to handle panic attacks in the event that they occur. In the first part of the audio presentation, Dr. Gilbert's techniques draw on cognitive behavioral therapy and provide background information to the patient that can help to prevent and/or reduce the severity of future attacks. The second part of the audio program is designed for use during a panic attack and details the steps necessary for a patient to immediately begin reducing the attack and eliminating feelings of anxiety.

Dr. Christopher Gilbert is a psychologist who specializes in cognitive and behavioral approaches for dealing with panic disorder and panic attacks.

His program, Anti-Panic: Instant Panic Attack Relief, is a licensed supplemental to the Healing Panic Recovery Program by Dr. Bert Anderson.
