When first beginning Clarocet PM, it is recommended that you
consider the following guidelines in order to develop a usage schedule that's
right for you
- Limit your intake of Clarocet PM to a single capsule taken approximately
thirty (30) minutes to one (1) hour before bedtime during the first seven
(7) nights of use. To ensure maximum absorption, take Clarocet PM along with
adequate amounts of water.
- Gradually increasing your daily intake will allow you to determine your
individual response to ClarocetPM slowly. If, after the first week, you feel
it is necessary to take more than a single capsule of ClarocetPM per night,
it is suggested that you increase your evening consumption to two (2), three
(3), or up to four (4) capsules taken at once. Intake should not exceed four
(4) capsules within a 24-hour period.
Side effects are rare when Clarocet PM is used as directed. Current statistics
indicate that less then one percent (1%) of users may experience adverse reactions
documented as mild to moderate in clinical study. They may
include dry mouth, drowsiness, fatigue, headache, dizziness, and sleep difficulties.
Preexisting gastrointestinal (GI) disturbances, such as acid reflux or ulcers
may be exacerbated when taking Clarocet on an empty stomach. Allergic reactions
are not common. However, individuals with a known history of allergic reactions
should consult with an allergist who can perform skin tests to determine specific
allergens.
ClarocetPM is generally well-tolerated when it is taken in combination
with most prescription drugs. Because each individual is unique, it is recommended
that you consult with your prescribing doctor if you plan on making any changes
or additions to your current treatment plan.
Clarocet PM is developed for healthy adults and teens. In
certain instances, a person must consult with their primary care physician
before beginning Clarocet PM, including women currently taking an oral contraceptive
to prevent pregnancy, pregnant women or nursing mothers, individuals who experience
blood pressure abnormalities, or those with preexisting heart conditions,
those taking prescription Monoamine Oxidase Inhibitors (MAOIs) or other
psychiatric drugs, individuals who have been diagnosed with a serious health
issue, such as severe anxiety or depression, and people with an autoimmune
disease who are currently taking medication to treat their condition.
